Exalt AI ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
2. For Copyright Owners (How to report)
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that any material available on our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written "DMCA Notice" to our Designated Agent containing the following information:

4. Counter-Notice Procedures
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notice with our Designated Agent. The counter-notice must include:
- Identification: Specifics of the material that was removed.
- Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Consent: Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
5. Repeat Infringers
It is Exalt AI's policy to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be "repeat infringers" of copyright.
